Fermin M , the manager here was super cooperative and helpful with me today going out of his way to PAY MY UNIT upfront for me as I was in a situation where I needed access to my storage even though it was late. Ive only been here for 3 months and considering the lack of rapport they have with me he could have easily resisted, I came from a neighboring facility and don't believe I would've received the same aid I did today Im very thankful for this location and their assistance 10/10 Recommend

This has been the very best experience I have ever had with any self storage over the years. Not only were my 2 units right next door to each other, they were also clean/dry and totally safe. The manager and assistant manager are very professional and keep the front office full of positive energy. They helped me personally while maintaining complete professionalism & now they have set the bar for all other 'managers' I will encounter. Thank You!☮️

I rented a climate-controlled storage unit here for over a year. The unit was clean and safe/secure, and the climate-control feature was great (surprisingly very few storage facilities have climate controlled units in Reno, and I really needed one). The staff was always friendly, helpful, responsive, and always accommodating. I loved that they provided free use of their truck for my move-in and let us use their rolling dolly for unloading into the unit. The monthly fee was affordable. Thanks to Fermin and the staff for making my first storage unit experience a great one.
